Try this email address that I've found. service@18185.co.uk

Doesn't work I'm afraid, it bounced back.

Have you noticed that 0845 numbers, which were only half a penny a minute, are now 3p per minute?

No, hadn't noticed that.

I'll check how much they are using 08081703703 when I get a chance (they used to be ½p/minute at all times).
Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.

Thanks Heinz - yes I also use that 0808 1 703 703 number. Bummer that it seems to have quietly reverted to 3 p a minute. And so annoying that there doesn't seem to be any way of contacting the 18185 people, as people have said on this forum. Just almost insulting the way they pretend that you can contact them if you can't find anything in the FAQs, then they don't provide a link.

Bad news, it's no longer ½p/minute to dial 0845 numbers via 18185's freephone gateway number (0808 1 703 703) weekday daytime now.

I'll check this evening and at the weekend and then update my post on the subject and then work out the necessary Orchid dialler routing rule change.

• A couple of years I borrowed somebody's mobile for a short while and added it on my 18185.co.uk account to pay for my calls. A year later I discovered that 3 different banks had this number as my contact. 18185 have no authorisation to sell my data. They cannot be contacted. Tried various options suggested in forums as ico.gov.uk needs prove that I made attempts to clarify the matter with them first.

Has anyone else had similar experience with them?

Thank you
