  • Also, at £150 sales you get a small product free
at £300 you get a product worth around £30
at £500 you get a series of products worth around £60
at £1000 you get a series of products worth around £90
at £1200 you get 2% of all your sales
at £1600 you get 5% of all your sales

This information is used during the recruitment process prior to signing you up by whoever it is that comes out to see you. Its not something thats all over the internet but its no great secret and it changes every month
  • Hi I'm interested in doing body shop again I used to be a consultant but had to give it up due to having a baby, I'd like to restart again I never did parties just sold from the brochures (a bit like avon)
What I need to know if I sign up again is, what is the start up fee? How much do I need to sell per month to keep my account open? And could I be signed up by post like I did last time?
If anyone would like to sign me up please send me a message. Thanks:)

    Hiya everyone,
I'm very interested in becoming a consultant for TBSAH.
But was just wondering how you pay for the kit, do you order it online or do you have a person come to your house to talk you through how you join and you give them the money? lol

    Thank You! :)
    Hi,

Usually, you will have someone come to you to talk about The Body Shop at Home - or if you are happy it can be done by phone and e-mail, as all the information is available online and you can also do on-line training on any of the products that Bodyshop make.

You will then go through a registration process where you provide your information ( please only give it out if you are 100% satisfied that the person is using it for genuine reasons) if you are not meeting in person.

Once your registration has been sent to head office by a bodyshop at home consultant you will receive welcome information and you will thnen be prompted to order your starter kit. To do this you will log on to our website with your log on ID order you kit and pay for it using a debit or credit card. Also i have signed people up that only have cash cards, so cant pay using the card - these people have given me cash & i have ordered their kit (again only do this if you are happy to do so)

    Hi,
Has anyone replied to you? I thought I had but it seems to have vanished?
Basically the most helpful thing I can tell you is that it's £20 to sign up atm.
When I was signed up, someone came over to my house. You also need to have 4 party dates booked in.

What I am after is info on the incentives for consultants selling lots ?? rewards and the like - there appears to be no nitty gritty info around.

if you sell £1.2k+ you get an extra 2% commission on top of the standard 25%, then after another level, errrr £1.6k? You get another 3% so a total of 30%
they also have some big trips you can win which require high sales and recruiting, and also experience events like a ball and trip to the raves, that just require sales.

  • Hi there, new to the forum!
I've got a BSAH party on Sunday for my birthday but expressed an interest in joining the company to as I'm a SAHM and would love to do this. Manager came out to see me to speak to me about joining and said that before she can finish my application and get my kit sent out I need to have 4 parties booked in. I'm really struggling to get these parties and asked everyone I know but for various reasons 'April isn't a good month for them'. I know once I have my kit I'll be able to make sales and parties, its just this intial getting off the ground that I'm stuck on. Any tips or ideas?? xxx
  • Hello,

I am thinking of holding a party as a charity event. (I'm raising money to help Guides attend the World Scout Jamboree). I've got in touch with Body Shop HQ and they have passed my details on. I was just wondering what kind of deals you normally give to people trying to raise money?

    Thanks,

    Abi x
  • Hello,

I would absolutely love to start bodyshop at home as I love the products and the body shop has helped me so much with my very bad skin.

I am a little wary as you have to pay some money upfront (although it's not a lot for the wonderful selection of products you get)

I just wondered if anyone had anyways of encouraging people to host and buy especially when the bodyshop is so famous for their 40% off sales. As a consultant can we offer freebies, extra discounts or sales at certain times of year? Does anyone find that this is a problem?

I am really excited at the idea of joining and any hints/tips/advice would be really appreciated!

    Thank you!
