Hi Jen,
Thanks for your response! I live in the West Midlands... Would appreciate it if a consultant within the area could get intouch.
Thanks for your help!

Lola - and anyone else who is struggling - ok it sounds stupid - but ask everyone. Do they still do the sample sachets? Get a load of them and stick labels on the back with your contact details, then give them to random ladies you might meet, accidently or on purpose - the receptionist at the dentist, checkout worker etc, outside the school gates, relatives friends, colleagues at work, etc. say hi, rave about your new project with tbsah, how much you love doing it and about the products, mention the xmas discount or the jan sale etc, give them the labeled sample and ask them to give you a call. They will take it and be flattered. Will they call? Some will, yes, some wont, but they will remember you either way and will have your sample and therefore your details. Take a catalogue or a sale leaflet with your name label on it with you when youre in the hairdressers/doctors, read it and then leave it in the magazine rack or give it to someone there. Make up some leaflets and leave them with schools/nurseries/dentists etc, if you have time put them through neighbors doors. I had some luck using old catalogues in this way - i put them though about 30 doors and i got a call the next day - was very pleased. ask your line manager if you can go into store for 2 hours on a saturday or on a discount day - you will learn about the products, meet the store workers, do a quick prize draw survey with whichever customers agree and therefore get names and numbers. you will need a prize to display but this can be made up with one big bottle of shower gel/ similar, a bath lilly and a choc bar or wine bottle, wrapped in cellophane and tied with a bow, easy. Hope that helps, if you have time read through the thread as there are loads of great ideas here and there.
I actually quit tbsah last xmas, i am now on a backpacking trip and when i get back to the UK i am moving 3 hours from all my old hosts and wont have time to start over in my new life. I had a big selling off party with all my sued products from my kit sold out at 75%-50% off and it all went! So dont worry about being stuck with kit, if you have a friend or relative to hold a selling off party if you do eventually leave, i assure you this is a great way to get rid of used stuff! alternatively i would have kept it all and used it but i have been away from home for a long while now not able to bring things and I needed the money to fund my trip. I still miss doing it and here in Malaysia I went into a store and had to drag myself out, I was desperate to try all the new stuff I have since missed. PS it is also really expensive to buy the products here! Also i did it whilst working full time - for over 2 years - it can be done!!0 -
Hi all - Is there anyone from the West Midlands/ Staffordshire/ Shropshire area that can help me at all? I have not yet had a response from my initial application on 30 November. If you could PM me with any details that would be really helpful, a contact number or email address for HQ would also help.
Thank you0 -
Thanks Becci thats helpful. Alot of it I have tried which is why I was a bit down about it but a couple of things you mention I havent. Must admit I expected more response from the door to door drops and was suprised when there wasn't a single call. There is just a week left for ordering for Christmas so I am pushing for a few orders before the 16th and then its January sale time, so maybe things will get better.
The selling off party sounds like a great idea but I will probably just let it tick over and if TBSAH continue to be happy with the occasional order then its ok with me.0 -
