  • Hi Everyone,
I have my first proper party next Saturday and was wondering if anyone could give me any ideas of what to do at the party. I have the pamper kit. Also, does anyone have a picture of the shirts that you can buy as part of the business tools?
    Thanks,
    Kelly

  • Hi, i am currently training to be a make-up artist and i am really interested in doing body shop parties i just have a few concers! i used to work at virgin vie so i am confident in selling cosmetics and would love to be a body shop consultant.
I wondered how the items get to the customers do i have to post them? and if i do not meet the minimum of 4 parties in 4 weeks what happens is there a penalty at all?

would be lovely to hear from someone
    thank you

  • Just a quick one, I want to leave BSAH but don't know how. I've emailed my manager but have not had a response. Can anyone help??!!
  • Does anyone have a picture of the slimline briefcase? I'm using the only decent bag I already have for my Avon stuff so was thinking of buying the BSAH briefcase if it's nice :)

  • I had a really good first party on Saturday night but was so nervous!! Didn't seem to affect sales though as we got £240 in customer orders alone. I have a party this Friday at my house and then my sister has a party at hers on Saturday night so I have a busy weekend coming up. I've decided that at my party I might have a Let's Dance competition on the Wii Fit to win body shop prizes and I'm going to work on getting future bookings more, so any ideas for that would be much appreciated.

I'm really enjoying body shop though, much more than Avon!! But they do cater to different markets I find.

    Hi,
Can you do BSAH without doing the parties. Can you just post catalogues through people's doors like Avon?

Was with BSAH 2 years ago but just couldn't get the parties arranged.

Loved the products though so was thinking if i could just deliver catalogues then maybe i could make money that way???

  • I don't know if this was a good idea or not but I thought it couldn't hurt. I had a haircut today and my hairdresser was really nice and I was really chuffed with my hair so I went back down to the hairdressers with a party in a bag. I put in 4 catalogues each with 2 order forms and a sticker on the front saying '20% off until Mon 22nd' and the 1/2 price collections flyer in. I also put in 5 mini samples of white musk edt and tea tree facial scrub and some full size products for them to try out although I did stress (nicely) that although the mini samples were for them the big samples were just for a sniff and i'd pick them up with their orders on Friday evening. I also put in 3 envelopes with the vouchers for goodie bags if you book a party date in.

I trust them not to abuse the full size samples and i'm fairly certain I won't get any orders but I thought it was good promotion and you never know? What do you guys think?

  • Hi everyone I'm new to the site, was just wondering if someone could help me? I have a interview on Friday about becoming a consultant for the Body Shop at home parties can anyone give me any information on things like pay and do you need to meet a sales target every month or is it flexible to work around other jobs and family life? Also any other tips would be great I'm really nervous :-) Thank you so much for your time. Take care x
