    Hi everyone,

I hope this is ok to post, very similar to the avon post, Iv been a body shop at home consultant for 2 years and there isnt really a forum to swap ideas and give tips to one another. I know we have our teams and our team meeting etc but its always nice to here from consultants in other areas.
So thought id see if there are any consultants on here to share there ideas.

  • Anybody else struggling with sales this month, just seems really quiet?
  • Right, ive been thinking about joining BSAH for a while, but lack confidence in holding parties.
I currently do Avon, would i not be able to sell Body shop products in the same way, instead of holding parties.?
Until i built up my confidence anyway.
  • Yes you can - catalogue drops or party in a bag where you drop catalogues and small selection to offices. You still earn commission in the same way and with cat drops you can use the free shopping if your order qualifies.

Thank you for your reply. What is "free shopping, if my order qualifies"
  • there is a host reward programme for party hosts:

This new Customer focused programme highlights the unique experience of a The Body Shop At Home™ party.

It is so simple to tell your customers about:

Thank you gift – FREE £25 (Minimum party value £150) to spend on any products of your choice
70% off - when your party sales reach £230 or more you will receive our special exclusive Host discount of 70% off your personal purchases**
    Terms & Conditions:
    **Maximum value of products: £230+ party = £100, £350+ party = £150, £450 + party = £200.

So if you get orders via catalogue only ie. without parties YOU can get the Host reward if the total order you place qualifies. Unlike parties you won't have a host as it will be lots of orders and you're doing all the work collecting and delivering. Doing parties is a good sales resource though as generally party sales will be more than catalogue drops and you as the consultant earn 25% of orders.

    Hope this helps x

  • Hi everyone,
Ive just started working for tbsah and I had my first party last night which went really well thankfully, but I was wondering if anyone could help me, I have been putting my orders through this morning and I want to order a body scrub for someone but it will only let me order in the 3 for 2 range. Is there any way I can order it individually, im using the code for the individual product but that doesnt seem to work!

    thank for you help :)
  • Hey there im Lynsey i have just signed up for bsat, and i am sorting out my first 4 parties. Im so nearvous but im really excitied! Im in the lanarkshire area of Scotland. x
  • Hi Clogg
I'm a TBSAH consultant in North East Area building my own team of consultants across the North East. For the ordering of body scrub have you checked that the drop down box on the order page is saying standard order and if the customer has ordered other products which are included in the 3 for 2 winter specials offer range it will automatically do the offer. Good luck with your order. If all else fails give head office order line a ring they're brilliant and really helpful.
