Hello there
I am new to this site as well and as a consultant.
I had my six parties organised, two of which have cancelled , out of the other 4 two were small but have sold over £620 during this time. I am finding that a lot of people have other consultants already that they use for parties and will not change.
Do you have suggestions for getting more parties. I have some more booked but not loads.
:rotfl:
Any good ideas are welcome. I am sorting out a load of sample packs for prizes with the games etc.

Woohoo! :j had my first party last nite and total sales were £252! yay!
Got another tomoro nite and one thursday nite. tomorrows host is expecting 10-15 people so am hoping for another good one! :)xxxCurrent Mortgage balance - £363,785.35/£420,000 (highest point Oct 2022).0 -
well i had my second party last nite £167 of sales and 2 bookings. 10 people turned up so was expecting a higher PV but never mind.
got another tonite, only 4 people going so not expecting much from this one either.xx
edit: to say, people who are struggling for bookings, why not see if you can get a party swap with another party plan rep. i have found this is a great way to get some bookings in, only downside is you need to host a party for the other rep, but thats not always a bad thing! :-p
also i have been getting bookings from parties by making up host packs with a lilly and incentive included with the catalogues, leaflets, samples and order forms and wrap them in patterened cellophane, this seems to encourage people to book, especially when you say you only have 2 with you. xxCurrent Mortgage balance - £363,785.35/£420,000 (highest point Oct 2022).0 -

I'm thinking about joining the Body Shop at Home, but i'm worried about securing the first six parties, which they require. Most of my family do not shop at body shop, usually opting for cheaper brands and have no interest. My friends are also very unlikely to be able to host parties. Does your manager help you to secure the parties when you sign up?happily married since

Ladies & Gents,
Not sure this is the right place to do this but...
I down to do a party this Wednesday in the Greater Manchester area, however due to change in personal circumstances I am unable to do the party.
I don't want to let my host down as this party was booked in Feb.
Are there any consultants in the Greater Manchester area, who would be free to do a party in Audenshaw Manchester this Wednesday at 8pm.
There are 12-15 guests coming and the theme is 'Prepare to Bare'.
I rang customer care on Thursday to pass the details to them, but I'm not sure how quickly they will sort something out.
Please PM if you would like to take this party or know a consultant who can.

Hi
First I appologise if this is the wrong place to ask, I do not work for Body Shop At Home.
I have a question though about the scheme, how do people order? Are there catalogues or is it see, try, buy at parties?
I am asking as I am considering giving it a go but can't host the party myself at home, (sounds pointless looking into it then I know), but I was hoping there would be catalogues I might be able to distribute amongst friends, family and collegues etc and collect them in on a regular basis and place orders, a bit like (dare I mention the word) Avon, which we already have a rep for in our area, I often order from her and she lives up my road so doorstep is local area. Sorry if I offended anyone!
I just think Body Shop would be a fresh idea round here and could work well.
Thanks in advance for any help.Failure is only someone elses judgement.
Without change there would be no butterflies.
If its important to you, you'll find a way - if not, you'll find an excuse ! ~ Easy to say when you take money out of the equation!
