hello!!
has anyone else had their summer cascade meeting yet?!
what do you all think?! Its really given me a boost to start partying seriously
again, after a few quiet months at the beginning of this year.
Ive been at a store all day today for the LYB event, and hopefully will have some good party bookings from this.
Hope everyone else is enjoying it. Sorry to hear some consultants are leaving....i just hope this economic climate picks up soon!!
Oh, and has anyone else heard about the US Body Shop at Home having to close down??!! I was quite shocked when i found out today.....i really hope the UK TBSAH keeps going strong!

Hi
I have not posted for ages. My husband is in Iraq so I have been doing the bare minimum to keep my account open until the Summer. However, I just got a note from my regional manager and all of next week it will be just £25 to join the business. That is £25 for the whole kit worth £500. So that has got me motivated again to get out and promote the offer. The offer is open to anyone. Just thought I would pass the message on to those of you who have not received the news yet. So get recruiting. I haven't heard any bad news re-Body Shop in the UK, mind you the above offer could mean thing's are a bit slow at the moment here. I still have ladies wanting parties in the Summer and still have some customers who love Body Shop and are still ordering bits and pieces, which has kept my account going. Hopefully, they won't get in trouble, because that would be a real shame.

Haven't posted on here since before Christmas. Hope everyone's having a good start to 2009.
TBH my January and February have been fairly slow. Had 2 parties in January and 2 in February. Have 3 booked for March, 1 for April and 1 for June so far. However getting married 2 weeks on Saturday (arghhh!) so having a break from it all til after the wedding now.
Is anyone aiming for the Athenian Riviera?! Look amazing but as just mentioned, I've got 3 weeks of no parties in March so don't think I'm going to get the points. Will keep trying for it - if nothing the motivation should at least get my party values a bit higher. Good luck to anyone going for it.
Have done 2 interviews in the last week or so - trying to build up team. However, I'm finding that even though £95 is a great deal (especially with the March bolt on) the price is still putting people off joining. Does anyone have any tips on how to "close the deal". For people without any income this is a lot of money to find. Because of the Celebrate You event being the week before my big day I can't get in store to take advantage of the £25 offer unfortunately.
Hi
See my post below it is £25 all of next week, so that should help you close the deal.
Just contact your Area Manager for more info.

May seem a strange question, but do you sell to companies?0
-
Yes, we do sell to anyone, as long as the product is purchased for use/gifts not to be sold on.0

Further info. on the recruiting offer. I contacted my regional manager's PA and she told me the offer of £25 for the full kit valued at £500 is open to everyone now and not just in stores. However, new recruits need to do 6 parties before the end of April and need to sell £600 worth of stock. If they don't sell £600 by end April they will need to pay the additional £70 for the kit. You are welcome to PM me if you need more info. The offer is only on this week.

One more thing for everyones info. The £25 joining offer ends Sunday. The regional Manager will accept applications until Sunday via e-mail. I have an application form if anyone needs me to e-mail them one. For consultants needing more info, feel free to PM me. Hope that helps.0
