What letter would i send to ask for my claim i put in 2007?
I had one letter last year saying its was on hold.. have not heard anything since, plus ive had numerous more charges for the past 2 years after 2007..
How do i add to my claim or would it be best to start it all again?
Thanks.
Do you have priority debt arrears(mortgage/rent, council tax, utilities)?0 -

No, dont have any arrears..
Should i go into the bank and ask for a print out of bank statement from 2007 till now? Or send in a letter to request it?0 -
