What letter would i send to ask for my claim i put in 2007?

I had one letter last year saying its was on hold.. have not heard anything since, plus ive had numerous more charges for the past 2 years after 2007..

How do i add to my claim or would it be best to start it all again?

    Thanks.
You would have had a reference number with the old claim so add to it by quoting the reference and a new schedule of charges adding charges from 2007 to date,
Do you have priority debt arrears(mortgage/rent, council tax, utilities)?
I have not worked for NatWest Bank since February 2009

    No, dont have any arrears..

Should i go into the bank and ask for a print out of bank statement from 2007 till now? Or send in a letter to request it?

Send them in a letter to request it

    From 11th June 2001 - 18th July 2007

Natwest owe me £1330.17 in bank charges, im just working out from July 19th 2007 - Now..

I have the Ref number from my previous claim, i can check my statments online from July 19th 2007 till now, do i just calculate the new total and write a letter adding it to my previous ref number?

And also, how do i word the letter? There is no template lol

Without priority debt arrears they may say no but ask the question of them.
