I'm just about to put my house up for sale and a HIPs company rang me (at my request). I asked them if it is true that I can do my own HIPs report and she said yes!

I am now searching for a site that will advise me on what I need/to do. I've seen some HIPs reports on estate agent sites and they look really simple so shall try having a go myself. I've asked the HIPs company to ring me back in a week just in case I can't manage it myself!

Yes, and you quoted it in full, together with the links....
After the uprising of the 17th June The Secretary of the Writers Union
Had leaflets distributed in the Stalinallee Stating that the people
Had forfeited the confidence of the government And could win it back only
By redoubled efforts. Would it not be easier In that case for the government
    To dissolve the people
    And elect another?

Yes to one of your questions. Now I want to see real aggression and hatred towards spam. It's just too soft quoting it and not editing the links out.

Now remember, passion. I want to see aggression.

Fully agree with you but make some allowances as it could of been one of my 'senior moments'?

Yes, I have and thanks again. An interesting read. It seems that everyone is under suspicion, unless they are a lawyer or an accountant.

    BUT THIS IS SPAM?

There's something wrong with the spam reporting (or they're all away on holiday.) This Spam was reported in the original thread (not by me) but it continued. I tried reporting old and new Spam yesterday but the system went into a loop and hung. I tried again last night and this time I got the confirmation emails but it's still there!

Has someone decided it's not? At the very least, the last paragraph needs to be edited out.

Update 10:00am. It's gone now , but the copy of it by chickmug is still there!

Chickmug - any chance you could edit it out of your post?
