I signed up to an 18 month tariff a few weeks back when Quidco were offering £150 cashback so I get 100 mins + unlimited texts for £15 per month.

Just been searching the orange website but can't find the answers to the following:

1. Are calls to 150 customer services free or do they come out of your minutes?
2. Is the answerphone part of your minutes?
