Best Tariff to Park Your Number?

Hi All,
I've just request my PAC number from CPW, but I can't see a deal out there on any network that I'd want to take at the moment. I just want to get away from CPW and park my current number in a cheap, PAYG sim.
In your experience which tariff would be the best for this? One that I could get a PAC for very quickly.
