phones4u insurance cancelling?

how do you cancel the insurance. no dd seems in place to cancel. should i ring bank. should i pay 1 then cancel dd. looks awkward to me sorry.

You can cancel the policy on-line at the address given in the confirmation letter. It saves money on a phone call.0

Or you can go in store and use their phone
don't tell them your cancelling, just say you need to speak to them and you don't have the number, they'll let you. 0 -

Has it changed? Last time I cancelled an insurance policy with phones4u (well with the insurance company itself), I had to write a letter (as per the T&C of the policy) to that company, over the phone its not accepted - web based? never heard of it - is it a new thing?
Ditto for other companies.0
