phones4u insurance cancelling?

how do you cancel the insurance. no dd seems in place to cancel. should i ring bank. should i pay 1 then cancel dd. looks awkward to me sorry.

    You can cancel the policy on-line at the address given in the confirmation letter. It saves money on a phone call.

    Or you can go in store and use their phone ;) don't tell them your cancelling, just say you need to speak to them and you don't have the number, they'll let you.

    Has it changed? Last time I cancelled an insurance policy with phones4u (well with the insurance company itself), I had to write a letter (as per the T&C of the policy) to that company, over the phone its not accepted - web based? never heard of it - is it a new thing?

    Ditto for other companies.
