There still taking £15.99 out of my account every month for something that i'm not using. They keep saying through email and on the phone that they cant cancel it without my username and password but i havent got one because i havent used it for so long! So basically they have made £15.99 a month for the past few years out of me for something that i'm not using. I've tried the bank and they cant cancel it because i gave aol the long number on the front of my card!I'm so frustrated and getting upset now.Hope someone can helpFannyannie

surely they can find your account by your name, or telephone ... tell them that you can answer security questions if needed be ... if you had an email address with them, then maybe they could link that to your account too0

there is an easy way around this, Tell the bank you have lost your card,
They will then cancel the card and AOL will no longer be able to take money from that number,
This happened to me a few years ago with AOL and thats what i did0 -
Lee634 is right, stop the card and you will stop the problem.
But remember if you have any other regular payments from your card you will need to transfer them to your new card.
Good luck.0 -
