Aarrghh. Just spent 15 minutes in total holding to speak to someone at the A+L and then on hold for ages whilst they move some money and close an account.
They don't make it easy - put your 9 digit account number in - ok.
Put your phone code in - my what? Phone goes down.
Ok, different phone number for 'those with a customer number' - put in your 8 digit customer number - ok,
now your 5 digit pin code - ok,
now, current account? credit card? savings? loan? Other services? Ok, other services.........sort code? lost your card? address change
