DFW Lazy (I wish!) Sunday Chat 27 July

Morning all!!

Hot, hot, hot today!!

Sadly I'll be starting work in a minute AQA'ing, if I can get finished by 3 or so then the sun won't be on the front of the house as it gets very hot at that point.

What's everyone else up to?

Just clicked for my boy here and the difference is 69 - not sure he's going to make it to the front by the end of the 31st :( but I'm keeping everything crossed he can use those long legs of his to make a final sprint on the last corner!

    Morning

Done the deed, also emailed some friends...

Gorgeous day here, we're going on a bike ride this morning via the pub!! beerchug.gif

Would be nice to head to the beach but the road down (A31) always gets packed in nice weather. Luckily I have the New Forest on my doorstep so we can cycle there in 20 mins. Yay.

    Have a good day everyone...

    Hi all

Today its tidying the garden with the help of OH! It is a scorcher here today. Was going to go for a run but far too hot. Might go for a swim later instead in the outdoor pool at the gym.

Have come indoors for two mins cos its too hot.

BB - have done the deed. Feeling very sad that you have to AQA today.

Lucifa - and you - having to work - how was the meal last night??

Just a hint for those whose upstairs bedrooms get hot and stuffy in the summer -I live in a very cool house, so not me.
If you open your loft hatch a lot of the heat will escape up there and out through the roof. This is the opposite to insulation:D

I'm now going back into the (very hot & stuffy) loft to deal with a mouse problem :o
