You'll need to contact the manufacturer of the computer to obtain a copy of the media to do it with in that case.0

Acer usually have a built in D2D recivery program. It usually needs enabled in the bios and can be accessed using ALT + F10 at boot.
It will recover the laptop to the original factory settings so you would loose anything you had on it.0
