Well I would prefer to sell it with tax, I think if i were buying a car id prefer it with tax, dunno why even if i was saving the cost of the car tax in the price of the car?0

Yes, unless you're the reg'd owner then you can do what you please with a cars V5.
Besides, where would the LVLO/DVLA send the ammended V5 to? The reg'd owner - who'd send it back in as they don't own the car. Then you'd be left with a car with no V5...0 -
If I were you I'd sell the car minus tax. So the new keeper's got to tax it - big deal. Just figure the cost into your selling price accordingly. It's no biggy for the new keeper to change the taxation class to PLG either. I wouldn't worry about it.0
