The only obvious things that would fix it would be to reinstall AOL or to reinstall Windows.0

aol is possible but windows is not.

Close all Internet Browsers. Try uninstall all versions of Adobe Flash Player and Macromedia Flash Player then go to start > run then type in c:\documents and settings\your user name\application data\ then look for adobe or macromedia folders and rename them with the prefix 'old'. Then go to c:\program files\ and rename any adobe folders/macromedia folders (Eg. rename 'Adobe Flash Player' to 'oldAdobe Flash Player'. Then restart the computer and visit adobe.com and redownload flash.0
