Telewest customer service

anyone here got the contact number or even better the email address of the customer services director or even better anyone higher at Telewest.

I was told something specifically from them upon signing up to a 12 month contract from 2 individuals and yet when I try to ask them to do it , they are denying it

(Basically I took a tv/internet package and mentioned I was going on a holiday for a month at which they said no problem i could effectively stop it and add on an extra month to the end of the 12 months )

Now they refuse to do it referring me to the terms of the contract and won't escalate the call to a team manager or higher.

I've got the name of the person who I spoke to but she refuses to listen in to the recorded calls which should confirm this at the point of sale.

Any advice?
