Clothes for the Fuller Figured Man

Hello all,
My OH is 6ft 4 with a 38/40 waist and 34/36 inside leg.
He could do with losing a few pounds as he carries a lot of weight on his front, the chunky monkey.
While I am persuading to ditch the sneaky late-night kebabs, can anyone recommend a cheap place to get 'big boy' clothes?
He is a taxi driver so likes comfy pants for work - pref combats as I hate to see bigger blokes slopping around in trackie bottoms.
He is 30 going on 17 so likes something quite on-trend though not too fashion victim.
No skinny jeans, bleurgh, hate that look.
I have been grabbing him pairs of pants on my somewhat regular trips to Primark but its combats seem to only go up to W38 L32 with the odd W38 L34.
PS Can I just add I am not fattist at all, I just want him to be healthy and look cool (er)..

I can only think of ebay. Its hard getting clothes that fit if your not within the 'normal' range. My dh is 6'6 with a 42 waist and getting clothes is a nightmare. Try Gap for jeans these are excellent and last forever.

Try the shop High & Mighty. His Lordship has had items posted out to him from them before - they have a catalogue on line too.Debts 07/12/2021

Premier Man and JD Williams/Crazy Clearance etc.

They're all the same umbrella of shops so you can order from all on one account:

Primark, Asda, Matalan all do large sizes in 'trendy' stuff..................

Asda are a nightmare ... the clothes for bigger people (men) always seen to not be there ... there is obviously a high demand for them and we always miss out. My OH needs 42 inch waist but short leg!Raising kids is like being held hostage by midget terrorists0 -
Try Greenwoods, son is a big lad & does`nt have a problem getting clothes from them.

At 6ft 7in and 40inch waist I usually try and buy all my stuff from the US as the departments stores there are so much better for larger / taller sizes. Another favorite is sierra trading post who actually do international shipping and are very reasonably priced. If I have to buy in the Uk then High and Mighty although you may find the trousers actually too long.
I was getting chinos for $10 from Sierra in 40x360 -
I can also recommend High and Mighty, I buy stuff for my brother there. He is a tall and round chap and they have some really nice stuff, smart and casual plus a good selection of pants! Not cheap but they certainly do some quite trendy stuff.0
