I'm intrigued, but suspect I'll remain so! Unless of course I'm already using it?

    Fair enough.
Before you buy Google Nest or British Gas Hive check out ESPproMon the Android and iOS Smartphone app that helps you build the same system from just £30.

I'm sure they will not stop what you have done BUT by broadcasting it alerts them that this practice is going on.

They could have sent it back to the originating card. Some providers actually have this written into their T&C's.

Obviously they are aware of this practice then!

    just to update you all!!!

Amazingly enough i applied for 3 cards and was accepted on all 3.A&L,Natwest and I.F.

The applications took from 1-6 weeks for all 3.

Unbeknown all 3!! balance transfered off my Tesco card (i wrote on all 3 applications thinking i may only be successful on maybe 1).Thus i had a positive balance of £5000+ on my credit card with Tesco. They have kindly for a fee of £25 wired me the ££ or for free i could have waited for 3 weeks.

Would'nt advise doing this but if you need cash.....

There's nothing kind about this. In fact, it is unkind of them to make you pay a fee in exchange for not waiting a jolly unreasonable 3 weeks!

It is your money that they've got, and you are losing interest on it while they have it.
