Orange Line Rental Issue

I switched over to the Orange Home Max back in late February. Seemed a good deal at the time as Orange said that Line Rental was part of the package.

As of today, Orange provide my broadband access and also correctly charge me for phone calls made from my landline. However, they have still not taken over my line rental management. As a result, I am still being charged line rental by BT.

Have spoken to Orange a few times – they have said it’s just some sort of “technical” issue and that I will definitely get a refund back. Apparently, I’m not the only customer switching line rental from BT to Orange with this problem. I don’t really believe it should take this long to sort out

Has anyone else had similar such problems with Orange?

    maybe they don't have LLU on your local exchange, and as such can't fully unbundle your line?
