I can highly recommend it although i might be in a minority because I can never find a body scrub that is scrubby enough (not sure whether I'm thick skinned or just plain kinky!): this one does the trick and smells fab. A friend who works in the cosmetic industry bought me an origins one one year and I still went back to boots sanctuary.
Actually, before your post I was wondering whether i could make a home made version, the ingredient list is chiefly salt, sea salt, and various essential oils. Hmm one for the old school board methinksDebt Oct 2005: £32,692.94

Thanks Tondella
yes things are good thank you - well not good but at least clearer!
i have finally worked out exactly how much i owe, what my worset case scenario debt free date is and exactly what i can spend on groceries, petrol, extras that pop up , every month
my debt is very high compard to most people here (£85,308.15 ouch) , but i earn and can repay an equally high ratio (£2300 or so per month ), and anyway our debts are all personal and individual and imho shouldnt be compared - however i know my next step to 'recovery' or whatever you want to call it is to admit where the money went and what i do or dont have to show for my crazy days of spend spend spend
anyway im getting off thread
sorry all

I've spent £9.70 for a pub lunch, couple of beers, and couple of games of pool, but haven't been out in yonks so I feel I deserved it!
Locked myslef in now so shouldn't spend anything else!0 -
The supermarket trolley was a good one today – no wobbly wheels and so on. Well, I spent a grand total of £48.43 in Tescos today. A mixture of proper food thingys and household items plus a new toothbrush and some treats such as Tortilla Chips, carrot cake slices and two packs of small onions to start off a new jar of Pickled Onions and a giant Mowbry Pork Pie… I’m eating a huge slice now whilst typing as it at happens …yummy…
My average shopping bill for all categories of items is still hovering around the £29.00 per week for the current calendar year. As always, there is room for improvement, I must remember not to go shopping when I’m ravenously starving hungry…hee hee… :rotfl:
The £2 Coin Savers Club = £346.00 (£300.00 transferred to Savings a/c)

I know what you mean, I use it with "Exfoliating Gloves" too, to get double the effect, then I plaster on the moisturiser & im as smooth as a babys bum :0)
Have you used the brown sugar scrub face polish? Thats divine!! And it makes you look as though youve had a facial afterwards. Apart from these two luxuries I use Boots own of everything else... These do last a while though I have to say.
Let me know how you get on on the OS board :0)

although I havent paid for it, Ive just booked my car in to the audi garage for thursday to have the tracking fixed and I have to have 2 new tyres !!! there was me thinking I could pop up the local garage and pay £30 approx for tracking ..... to be repaired to be told that they wont touch it , and neither will any of the other local garages!! so £137 + vat it is !!!!! phoned around and two new tyres are £113 each + vat. so if anyone sees a white lorry with the driver on his mobile phone driving on the wrong side of the road tell him he owes me and a curb big time !!!!! next time ... I will get the number plate do a 3 point turn and chase after him !!!
saying that last time it went in to have something fixed ( nothing to do with me, some light came on, on the dash board and it was fixed for free) they repaired my scratched & dented bumper as they thought they had done it when putting it up on the platform, he he !! they had only quoted me £450 + vat 2 weeks before for a paint job and new part, in which I replied "oh we will leave it for now"
so Im hoping on thursday they may give me a free wheel trim to replace my scratched one ? ?

Half term so took kids to bakery and spent £4.97  That was for 4 sausage rolls, 1 danish, 2 cakes and 1 cornflake cake!
Then they went into newsagent to get a comic each with their pocket money but of course they didn't have enough  so had to pay a bit more in there (extra £3).Mortgage-free wannabe!0 -
I have been working hard all day not spent any money ( well not any of mine anyway) I spent lots of the companies money arranging an exhibition and sorting out ads for the next few weeks.
Yesterday was another no spend day and my Saturday grocery bill was lower than normal. Pay day today so lots of money going out tomorrow but as I don't see it it doesn't feel like I am spending it.0
