Jet2 - Damaged pushchair

Morning all !

Went to Majorca last month with Jet2, on the return flight we found the pushchair was badly damaged once we picked it up back at Leeds Bradford. DW waited for someone to arrive at the luggage area and we were then directed to the Jet2 desk where she explained the situation and was given a form to fill in. The form was filled in and duly sent to Jet2. Since then, she has chased once as not had any response and is now concerned that Jet2 will say they have no knowledge of the situation.

Could someone please clarify the way forwards, timescales for this sort of thing or any direct number for the complaints department/luggage claims at Jet2 ?

Also - need clarification of our rights as Jet2 were notified as soon as we got off the 'plane that the pushchair had been damaged.

Many thanks,

Vinny
