Very much true though. I just spoke to my bank and apparently they can't see any charges on my credit card, but they said any approved transaction means the claimer has an astonishing 18 month window to claim it. So, dont hope lucky enough.....well only after 18 months that I know if I were lucky or not.

Finally got mine today. Emailed them last week and they resent mine out as it had obviously gone completely astray. This one was sent last Friday and arrived today!

How long does it take them to reply to your email about not receiving the item?

Oooh yes I received this too....sounds painful...but would be willing to give it a try, as I'd love not having to shave :S
