Yup I've had that invite too - not a big fan of having to bzz about it by sharing the links before actually being invited to the campaign though, but I fancy trying it so have done.
It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

My feelings exactly!! But i guess it's a way of making sure only people willing to bzz can participate.

I received that too and I am really willing to try it! I have tried my mum's epilator over Christmas and I want one!

So I have buzzed, even though, like you, I dont like to do it before testing the products...

Last time I have been ask to do that was for their Jackie Collins movie. But I got invited at last minute, and when I tried it, it was full. But I did buzz a little for that one.

But I went crazy for the epilator though, as I would REALLY like to try it!

Assuming you guys and gals applied at around the same time, it is possible that all that has happened is that the pending payments have dropped off automatically ("timed out" if you like).

These payments can still be debited at any time and I would assume will be, so definitely factor in the amount to make sure you don't run up any unnecessary bank charges when it does debit!

My payment was pending for a while and taken off my Halifax balance.. had loads of things going in and out since and very stupidly assumed it had been taken out..

Checked my account today and it had been taken yesterday... left me £37 overdrawn (and I don't have an overdraft!!)

It was the 4th January I signed up (and paid {??}) for this... I'm not very good at checking my account (I know, it's my own fault and I should have checked and made sure the payment was shown on my account to bzz agent and not pending), but I do think taking the actual payment over three weeks later is taking the p***

My OH doesn't know I had to pay for this trial (we are having a ruthless cutdown on expenditure at the moment so he would have said NO if I told him I had to pay £40) which is why I paid out of my personal account ... I dread to think what my bank charges are going to be!!

My own stupid fault but Gutted!!

Hope you get it sorted out, I'm annoyed too that they have taken it out 3 weeks later, not good.

Ring your bank and explain that the payment was made 3 weeks previously and that you thought it had already been debited, if its a one off, they can on occasion waive the charges.
