Seller has been unfair- what to do!?

we bid and won a swinging crib around three weeks ago.
As the seller was fairly local I emailed her to arrange a pick up, but as we don't have a car it had to be a weekend when friends or family could take us.
we arranged for the weekend after the sale but she called me to say they would be away and could we make the dfollowing weekend.
We didn't have transport so I asked if she could wait a fortnight which she agreed to.
I offered to pay by paypal to ensure the sale, but she saids no, she would prefer cash on collection.
Then on wednesday out of the blue she sent a fairly nasty email 'thanking ' us for time wasting and losing her money, saying if we did not collect it in the next 24 hours she would relist and report it to ebay..two hours later she had issued a strike against us and relisted uit, not even replying to my email saying we couldn't pick it up until the weekend, as previously agreed.
I feel that we were fair, we kept in contact at all lstages and she agreed to the date we could collect it. Also we would have happily paid by paypal so she knew we would pick it up as agreed.
What can i do now?

Did you keep all the emails? Report her as a non performing seller. Contact ebay and explain all this!

Maybe she decided she didn't get enough money for it!!

As for your neg, if your account is only used for buying then it won't really matter as long as you leave a follow-up reply on your feedback, as a seller a neg will hurt her more!

....or you could pop round there pretending you haven't seen any of these emails yet etc....

Well we won it for only £15 less than the current retail price, and it is used, so I can't imagine she wanted more money!
I'm really annoyed too as that was one thing we thought we had sorted, and as baby could be on his way anytime i don't want to be trawling round the shops for another.
I didn't realise you could post comments on your own feedback.
I do have all the emails, so will get in touch with ebay.
    Thanks

    congratulations! it's all very exciting..
Well, my due date is in 4 weeks but the baby has been fully engaged for two weeks, and I had a growth scan that suggests he is around 8lbs so I am expecting him to be early!
I know what you mean about the 'last bits' , every time I think we are sorted I remember something else...
my bag isn't packed, but everything is sitting in a pile ready to go in it, I keep changing my mind about what to take and adding to it..teehee

Don't these last two comments show there is more to life than worrying about ebay? Congratulations and good luck to the both of you.

Try not to worry about the seller, you know you have done your best, you haven't lost any money. Complain to Ebay and if need be, just get a new account if you ever want to start selling in the future. The buying one does not matter. I don't like people who turn nasty like that out of the blue. It makes no sense and you are not at fault.
    Good luck again!

Side issue: pack your maternity hospital bag now!!!!

Both my babies arrived 4 weeks early. Both times I wasn't prepared and spent the early stages of labour hunting out clean nighties, pads, undies, etc.!

Good luck to you both. Hope all goes well :)
Here I go again on my own....

well one small triumph is that she has no bids so far on the crib..hope she ends up not being able to resell it.
I'm certain she won't get nearly as much as we were prepared to pay...

Off to pack my bag now..you've gotten me worried...teehee

And best of all you don't need a swinging crib. If you are having a big baby will only fit in there for a few weeks. Now that's Money saving :)

    eeeek...don't say that!
I'm sure they are wrong and he will be nice and small...

We have a posh cot bed my aunt has donated, but it's too big to fit into our bedroom and I don't fancy treking up and downstairs for night time feeds so we need something small to go by our bed for the first few months
OH suggested we put him in a sock drawer..teeheee

and i must say i am surprised we haven't been told off yet for deviating from the original topic...!
