I have G600 and now need to upgrade - what phone do i go for?

I currently have a G600 mobile phone with o2. My contract is over and im ready to change to another mobile - but which one?
Ive done much research on the latest, N95, iPhone, SE 750i and others. The N95 looks the best but looks a little bulkey.
Im looking to spend no more than £35 per month and would really like a 12 month contract.
The best deal i found was sadly on an 18 month contract for the N95:
£35 per month:
£1.99 for the first 3 months.
Free bluetooth headset worth around £15-20
600 Anytime mins
Unlimited Texts
Unlimited Intenet
The phone is free.
