e2save cash back

Royal mail has shown that e2save has received my mail enclosed with bills 20+ days ago, however, I still haven't heard anything from the company. Does anybody know if this is normal? It's been quite a while and I am a bit worried about the cash back since e2save clearly does not have a good fame now. Anyone who has received the cashback from them, could you please advise how long does it take? Much appreciated for your response!;)

I'd put it more like three normally. By now you should start getting worried. Not too much you can do. If it doesn't arrive this week I'd send an email, then (after 3-4 days) a LBA if there's no proper response and (finally) sue. However, that all presupposes you did everything right in the first place. Since you can prove receipt you only need to show that you have also complied with dates, content etc. If you can do that there's nothing to worry about - you will definitely be able to extract payment one way or another at their expense. However, if you CAN'T then you shouldn't be doing any cashback deal in the first place. It really is that simple.

I posted a claim 20 days ago, it was received 14 days ago, it was "accepted" 10 days ago and the cheque arrived today.

I suggest you email customerservices@e2save.com and request an update as to the status of your claim. They should respond tomorrow.
• Many thanks for all your replies. I will email them on Sunday if still no response. I may phone them up as well next week to have a further discussion. It will be such a pain to listen to the boring musics for 30 mins. Could anybody advise if there're another number that I can call besides the customer service hotline?

Cheers

Final cashback received today (£108).
They received it on the 16th July and cheque arrived 28th July.
This has been by far my simplest cashback deal, no issues at all and very fast payment - well done e2save, 1 happy customer.

They missed one of my cashbacks during the term and it took several calls to get it sorted. They also conveniently forgot to send my last cashback at the end of the term (I ended the contract as well). They asked plenty of questions on the phone, ie billing date, reference for proof of posting etc. Fortunately I kept everything, but my guess is they mess lots of people around hoping they won't be able to provide this info.

I'd never deal with them again, too underhand for me.
