Hubby is under the doctor & they know this has contributed to his problems & when the dog bit me I went to A&E to get a tetenus & get it recorded on my medical records. So yes to all. We have been very good & got official documentation on this! Hard evidence!0

Don't scatter pearls before swine. I don't know what the answer is but I would say that people of this ilk would not appreciate it in any sense other than as an indicator that their bullying behaviour is being rewarded.
I'd tend to agree. You missed the important bit out of your quote, which was "If they were reasonable neighbours..."
