Hi, ok so I've given up on AOL. I really have no time to be sorting out the mess they keep creating.
So, ive got it down to between Virgin and BT.
I've given up on finding a company that doesn't use Indian call centres, but im hoping some may be better than others.
Anyway id be really grateful if you could just give me a quick summary of how you found either of these companies when you needed help.
