Looks like a sniper!
Mmm, wonder what would happen if a driver saw that in the back and veered out of control due to shock etc; nice compo claim there!!0 -
As Crabman says, Pepipoo is the place to get chapter and verse on fighting this.
As one of the veterans there (19 "wins" from 23 cases), I can tell you to be prepared for a long battle, possibly lasting many months, with all kinds of distortion of the law from the other side. But if your original assertion is right, and you weren't speeding, the videotape (not just a couple of still frames) should confirm this, and give you a just result.
You've been caught for speeding 23 times and not been banned??!!Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -

The others were all on behalf of various friends, relatives, and colleagues, and in the vast majority of cases I was successful in helping them get it thrown out.
I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx. However, any advice given on these forums by me is NOT formal legal advice, and I accept no liability for its accuracy.0 -

Unfortunately there is no legal requirement for speed camera signs or any mobile units to have fluorescent yellow markings etc. The only legal requirement is for the speed limit signs to be correctly displayed.
Is that Martin Lewis holding the speed camera gun??0 -
Suprised Joe Public even see's it as most cant see a bright yellow speed camera box, and that is something they are supposed to look out for.0

Probably explains why they can't be bothered to get their fat !!!!!! out of the canteen when there's a report of a burglary, or gangs of yobs vandalising property. Much easier and safer to target the middle classes.

A posting which clearly shows the contempt that some police officers have for the general public.

In your warped little world don't the "lower classes" drive ? strange way you have of labelling people by class, does that mean lower classes which you clearly put other people in only walk and catch buses  .
Why is contempt to say that most drivers wouldnt even see the person in the back ?0
