Is anyone having any problems getting onto the Internet with AOL.
I was disconnected at about 2:00am and havent been able to get back on since.
I've had to dig out my mobile broadband for now.
I thought it might be me, but my router seems to be fine. I can log in to the Router page no problem, all the lights are on ok, apart from the little i one which keeps flashing orange (but i cant find my manual to work out what this means!!).
One thing that made me think it was them is that even on this mobile broadband, i still cant access AOL pages (such as help!!) when in the AOL Software.
Please tell me someone else is having this problem.

The Sky router has a light that flashes orange and it's not a good sign. It usually means no synch to exchange. IF that's the case you need to call AOL unfortunately.0

Ive been reading up on the AOL Community boards and apparently i was supposed to recieve a CD to migrate me over to the CPW network, but i have yet yo recieve this!
I would seriously consider changing to Sky, but i like to have access to my router.0 -
You can access the Sky router settings etc, there are even ways of using your own with the service (unsupported obviously by Sky
)

Try changing the log in details in your router as follows:
Login = primaryscreenname@dialbb.com
Password = the password you set for the primary screen name, in lower case
No CD required.
Will try this thanks, just thinking, and completely panicking because i think i set up a new email when i installed the router because it wasnt having it with the one i had, and im sure i have no absolute clue what the password is.:eek:0 -
Does anyone know whether the DialBB is only for AOL modem users?
Or is there an update for Router users on AOL aswell?0
