I decided that i wanted a 3 contract phone i took out the cheap £15 tarif with the free n95 i filled in all my details including my visa address and i have been living here for over 3 years i have had my bank for 1 year
but i do not work.
I have money in the account on the visa card too.
Would there be a chance they would accept my application for the contract phone?

my friend lee has a three contract and he did not have a job.

I just hope i get accepted becuase i really would like the n95.

Do you think theres much chance of getting accepted for it? Someone told me all you need is to be over 18 which i am and have a valid bank with visa and enough money in there for them to take out the first months payment.

Depends on your credit check they will do - but you will have to wait and see. Thats the £15 a month plus 9 per month for the phone deal? For the silver n95?

The n95 silver is £5 a month plus £5 for the contract.
    The black n95 8gig is £9 a month.

But anyway i have no credit history as the only credit i have gained has been on my mums visa card in her name as i use her credit card and pay her back x ammount each month with her consent.

I guess if i get turned down i could always do it on her cc and pay her the £20 a month for the contract of the phone. Not sure how much interest it would cost on her creditcard but if i did it on my visa debit card then i would not have to pay any interest.

I always asumed that 3 didnt go on your credit history.
