    I was expecting your answer to be along the lines of Windows 98 or Windows ME or Windows 2000 or Windows XP or Windows Vista. And possibly the service pack number as well. (Click on start, right click on my computer, select properties and it'll tell you)

    windows xp profession 2002.... AT LEAST I HAVE LEARNT WHAT AN OPERATING SYSTEM IS - THANKS FOR THAT XX

    I DOWNLOADED ADOBE VIA FILEHIPPO.COM AND ITS WORKED....

    THANKS FOR ALL YOUR ADVICE. I HAVE MANAGED TO DO IT.... BUT MORE SO I HAVE LEARNT A FEW THINGS TODAY....
