    Just to clarify (in case of confusion):

    You need "ADOBE READER"(free program). There's no such thing as "Adobe Acrobat Reader". At least not any more.

    "ADOBE ACROBAT" is an editor that costs hundreds of pounds.

    wendy click here http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html that will download adobe reader which is free and that will enable you to read the pdf file

    An alternative (in case you can't get Adobe Reader downloaded and installed) is Foxit http://www.foxitsoftware.com/pdf/rd_intro.php

    What's confusing about installing Foxit instead? The error with Adobe Reader 9 is a currently known problem that some people still haven't been able to resolve because even when downloaded it leads to installation issues.
