Vodaphone 'Online Account' Query
I've just got a new mobile on Vodaphone and thought I would sign up for the Online Account to check my details such as minutes remaining and current usage etc and have now got an email saying thank you for saying 'no' to paper billing. It seems that you can't have both (i.e if you need a paper bill then you can't have an Online Account enabling you to check other things on your account.Just wondered if this is the same with other networks.

Last month for a vodafone which is cashback deal, I signed up for the online account. The next bill on 11th July came as an email notification. I thought ok I will get he paper soon. I didnt 10 days on - and I need the paper bill to get my final cashback.
So I ended up phoning vodafone and asking for paper bill - lady said she turned off internet billing but I seem still to be able to access online account - so you may need to tell them to continue sending paper bill even if you internet billing.0
