Shoe Gal - well done you - like the sound of your treat :)

I have discovered the xbf's bike is still in my shed, with a very good tyre on in it, whereas mine has a rubbish tyre on it... ;) all I need now is strong man to swap them over for me :(

Seen a lovely ring which is going to be my treat if I lose 5lbs in 2 weeks HSprincess.pngthanks Sarah, for the reward idea :T

You're welcome:D I don't tend to put a time limit on it, would love to lose the next 5lbs in 2 weeks, but am focusing more on losing the 5lbs rather than getting it done in that time. As soon as I do those jeans will be mine:D

It certainly beats the way I used to do it which was to buy the thing I wanted before I had lost the weight in case it sold out, that resulted in me not being motivated to lose the weight but still having the reward:confused::D

    Motivation, what's that again?
The size of a glory hole in an open pit should not be greater than the cross-section of the haul trucks that dump into it. Otherwise, you are bound to lose a truck, sooner or later. Source: Sergio Cha

I was here this morning as I had provisionally booked today off in case I needed the day to complete the 10 days of the detox, it turned out I didn't of course:o , but decided to take the day off anyway. Would love to give up work in order to detox and walk, sounds like a fair swap to me:D

Me too, must try harder to find devoted old fashioned type of man who want his woman to focus on looking good rather than earning / win the lottery

Sarah - you will not be surprised to learn that my cunning plan re: Wallis delivery has failed. The dress I ordered to bulk out my order is really lovely and surprisingly very flattering which is very rare for someone of my 'figure' so I'm gonna keep it. I am going to return the rest though, so 2 out of 4 idsn't too bad!!!

Well if it is flattering then I think it is best to keep it:D 2 out of 4 is very good indeed :A :D

 That is very strange indeed. You should use it to buy a new aerial and send him the change.
