Well, today is a bad day! I just don't have any motivation, it's just dissappeared completlely

I know what I need to do but just can't do it! I am still in my jamas, have done none of my weekend jobs - and have done nothing but eat and sleep for the last 24 hours :o

How does everybody keep themselves going? I feel a complete failure

Thanks Sarah, I don't know what's the matter with me. I feel really low, I could just cry! Made myself get off the sofa and into the shower as I'm going to my Mum's but had a horrible moment with the mirror! I can't believe how fat I have got :o I've always considered myself to be Ok, just a few pounds to lose but that's not the case anymore. I am actually FAT

I need to find some focus from somewhre - and PDQ

Grrr:mad: I know that feeling:mad: I always think I only need to lose a few pounds until I accidentally catch sight of my reflection and I always think, "surely that's not me" And it's not something you can immediately fix:mad:

I am feeling very fat at the moment, today is the first day of my low carb diet, I actually lost 2lbs on the detox (would have been 6-7 if I had done it properly, so have 5lbs to go to half a stone, which is one of my 100 things to do, if I am sensible:rolleyes: that could be 2 weeks, then I am getting a pair of jeans as a reward to myself.

I think the only way I can manage is to set myself small targets with a reward for each one, maybe you could think about doing something like that? Thinking about it as one whole target (mine is about 40lbs) is just too much for me. :o
