I would also drop a line to the other customer making them aware of Skiptons breach of confidentiality.

    Give Skipton a call?
Head office switchboard is 01756 705000.
    Saves using the 0845 number.

i will post back the pasbook, and ask skipton to reimburse me the cost of a 1st class stamp lol.
  • Similar thing happened to me last year when I invested £100k with the Derbyshire. Apparently (and don't ask me why) they looked up my postcode on their database and somehow managed to send my passbook to a neighbour with the same postcode and similar (but not identical) surname.
