anyone got a Virgin 'survey' text, from 60013 ?

got teo unsolictied texts receently, asking your help doung a survey about treats for their customers?
calling the 789 helpline to check got fed through various menus and rather fed up, i went to their website, and sent a message with all relevant details, asking for it to stop- NO CALLS was clearly highlighted in my request..
2 hours later, i get a cal lfrom someone claiming to be from Virgin, on withheld number, and wanting my password to update my a/c?
several issues i had with this-
- untraceable caller, could be anyone trying to get my details.
- asking for my password, when they should have all my details already.
- not accepting that i was excluded from any marketing texts, which was specifically requested when i bought the phone, instore..
seems to be very easy to get included on lists, (opt in or not), but a booger to get off without this malarkey.

Just phone 789 and keep pressing 0 until someone answers, I'd rather know if it was a scam or notFr. Stack: While you were out, I got the keys to your car. And drove it into a big wall. And if you don't like it, tough. I've had my fun, and that's all that matters.0
