Mobile phone 3 network

I have had a contract with the three network for the last eight months on a eighteen month contract 300 texts or min to any network. Today I recieved a letter explaining that I had not been charged for a video phone pack for the last eight months. I have not requested this or had in my contract. They say because my phone has this function I must pay £3 a month despite not using it. I have phoned customer services who have been really unhelpfull but did explain that this has happened to thousands of people and that the majority of people got their phone through the car phone warehouse (including me). I have refused to pay the extra £3 a month and I am currently waiting for the manager to contact me. Has anyone had similar problems or dealt with this issue.

The video pack is their way of charging you for a phone, its not optional and each phone has a different amount ie newer phones like the n95 8gb are £15 per month but a basic nokia will be free.

I would do as the above the poster has suggested and refuse.
