Which ones would be the best for a 10 megapixel digital camera, i didn't realise at the time when i got it that it was for use with batteries. Its a kodak camera.
Im not worried about the price, also would rechargeable batteries be best?
Thanks

Which batteries would be suitable depends on the particular model of your camera. The instruction manual will give you the details.
Rechargeable batteries probably won't last as long as disposables, but have less of an environmental impact and (so long as you have the charger with you), you won't have to keep remembering to buy new ones.0 -
Just make sure you go for the highest mA rating, reasonable make and Ni-MH .Something like 2600mA or higher if its uses AA batteries.I've used the 'Hybrio' type and although they tend to have slightly lower capacities they keep their charge when not in use, unlike most re-chargables.0

Go for rechargables. Cost much less in the long run. If you get a good set, they can last much longer than alkalines.Ubuntu is an ancient African word, meaning: 'I can't configure Debian'.0

The camera is Kodak easy share z1275 if that helps anyone? I am looking but i don't really have any idea what kind to get its to take on holiday with me.
Should i go into my nearest Jessops and ask them?

Get a good quality charger and four batteries like this here. It takes two AA so you will have one set in use and a spare set ready charged up.

No they will rip you off!

It takes AA batteries0

A decent set of rechargeable AAs 2500 to 2700 mAh or higher, will well outlast a non-rechargeable battery, just on one charge, let alone they can be recharged for hundreds of times!
They have the power output which high-drain digi-cams need, unlikely alkaline batteries.
You can probably get capacities even higher today if you look around, try Amazon and www.mymemory.com to start with, for bundles with chargers.0 -

Non-rechargable? You must spend a fortune on batteries then, for less than a tenna, you can have a charger and set of high-capacity rechargeable, that will last at least 500 charges, if not many more. Not to mention the green aspect0
