I have had some problems with Box Shift who also trade as IJT and makingitgreen.co.uk. I had some problems with their cartridges. I emailed them and they said to send them back and they'll refund it. I sent the cartridges back to them and I called them up to find out if they had received them. First they said they had received all 5 cartridges. Then they said they only received 2 of the 5 cartridges when I came to ask them about the refund. They told me that there was a problem at the post office. They sound good, but they are conning people. The cartridges I had were empty.

So, ordered two x high capacity toners from toners4less

Got them 4-5 days later (not so hot on delivery to start with) and they didn't fit. Checked site. Yes, ordered the right ones. Emailed them with pictures and it turned out they'd listed the wrong ones on my printer page.

Not so good - however. Early next day I had a courier deliver two brand new correct toners and collect the other ones.

Now back to the not so good. One of those toners snapped in our printer. (i know. I've never had it either. Snapped in two). Emailed them with a picture. Early next day took delivery of replacement and they collected broken toner so their tech department could check out the problem.

Yes, I've had issues but to me they have been so easily and quickly solved by the customer services (no hassle; very polite and quick) that I'll stay using them - as the last year of orders have been fine.
