I had the email a few weeks ago - it sounds pretty standard..I had phoned them a couple of weeks ago and was assured they were going through the applications...(they had been inundated apparently {all MSE'ers I reckon!! :rotfl: :rotfl: }
I emailed them again on Friday last week and I got my password on Tuesday afternoon
Hope this helps!0 -

I registered to be a product tester about 2 weeks ago, i received an email last week saying that another email will be sent with my password soon, and that i had to email them back if i didnt want to be considered in Controlled Trials because of the travelling distance..
I did email back stating that i didnt want to be included in the Controlled Trials but definately still wanted to be considered to be a home panel tester...
Is this a standard letter? and if so,
How long did you guys wait after receiving the first email to the second one with your password on it?
I think i got my log in details 2 days after replying about the evaluation centre0 -

I had an email about the controlled studies too. I replied and said I would withdraw from the controlled studies as Nottingham was a bit far for me to travel, but still wanted to be considered for Home Studies.
Got an email 2 days later with login and passwordjust completed my profile, hope I get some studies soon.
