I got the foundation through today. A full size bottle but no idea of the barnd (guessing no 7?)

Can someone help me out here?!
I applied right at the beginning, got the letter and filled in all the details on it and sent it back. Boots emailed last week saying did I mean I wanted to go to Nottingham (or wherever it is), I forgot to reply but have done so today. I don't remember saying I wanted to go to the centre, is there something I missed?!
Now I have said I just want to do internet ones do they email out the login or post it?

the lip pencil has now completed :j body sparkle had disappeared from my trials but is back on new trials, have requested again

Received eye gel this morning which now shows as completed in my trials. Lip pencil has disappeared which is a shame as I would have preferred that to gel but at least I've had something so I'm not complaining!

ahhhhh the pencil has disappered from mine and isn't showing in new trials either, but still showing glitter gel as requesting! This is all very confusing!

this morning i got mens eye gel and false tan fac25 they have disapered from my trials so i though i wasnt getting them they didnt even change to registered the foundation said registered about 2 weeks ago and still no sign of it

Why do they send the mens eye gel to females? Are we supposed to use them or give them to oh's etc?

I had exactly the same problem!

They send you two forms - the first one was for the home trials and the second one (which had all the health questions etc on) was to attend the valuation suite in Nottingham.

They will email the login to you... I did chase them up (via email last Friday and i received my login details on Tuesday of this week).
