You only have to fill in the full application form if you want to do out of home trials and can get to the nottingham area.

I wouldn't imagine anyone would get refused just applying for home trials but someone correct me if I am wrong.

I've finally received my log in details but I'm stuck filling out my progile. It keeps telling me in the 'Hair' section: Please tick box and enter other details but I've filled out everything, I've even filled out the men's shaving bit because I thought that's why it was showing a problem.

Has anyone else had this problem? What did you do about it?

hi there that was the address i used i recived an email within 24 hours maybe retry mailing them incase there was a problem if you pm me your email addy ill forward the email i got off them but its pretty much what i put on here hope u get some help soon sarah

i had exactly the same happen to me, had to email them twice but they eventually sorted it out

Received the foundation trial today- full size. Comes in a fab compact with mirror.

I was about to go and buy some new foundation so this has saved me some pennies!

Just the right shade, whether it suits my skin though we will have to wait and see.

:j I finally got my password and logon yesterday...I have signed up for a lipbalm trial and a lipgloss trial. They also have mens' eyecare available.

They will review your forms once you have sent them back and then email you your login details. Mine took about 2 weeks after sending the forms back to them.
