requested doesn't mean anything, it's registered which you have to look out for because that means they've sent it out to you. It then goes to completed

I requested three trials last week and they are no longer visible, las time I looked they were requested, what happened? I have put in for the new trials.

Mine still say requested so I guess I will have to wait to see whether I am accepted or declined although looking at the post a few back, it seems the samples are so small that it may not be worth it anyway :rolleyes:

Ive just logged in and only the lip gloss and lip salve are left in my trials, both still saying requested.
The shower gel has disappeared so looks like i didnt get in to the trial for this then

i mailed them to ask why they were dissaperain and here is the reply i got i hope it helps some of u know whats going on i think i now get it but it doesnt really seem as good as some others that you can register with they only have 65 of each thing and there seems to be 100s of people going for them items but will see

The trials you have registered for have moved into your 'My Trials' section, this may be why you cannot see them.

The way home user trials works is as follows:

We have 65 samples of each product to send out.
If you requested the product whilst samples were still available, you will be issued with one.
If you happen to be unsuccessful the trial will move from your 'My Trials' section, you will not be notified that you were unsuccessful.

Just checked and now the body wash says completed so I assume that means its been sent out and the 2 lip stuff still says requested.

Could you tell me which e-mail address you used to contact them please? I sent off my forms a few weeks ago and haven't received any log in details yet.

I also phoned the number given on the site but you're required to leave a message and still no-one's come back to me.

this looks rayt naff!!!
imagine how many of us will be unsuccessfull???? if there are thousand registered on the testing panel?????
by the sounds of how smal and smelly they are wondering if it will be worth all the rush??
