I have just noticed that one of my trials says registered but the others still say requested so I think that does mean you have got it?

I got the email on the 5th saying..."Thank you for returning your completed documentation.

An automated email will be sent to confirm your log on details for our website. You will need to log on to complete your personal profile before you can view the products available for testing.

Thank you for returning your completed documentation." etc.etc.etc but still no logon details as yet! I tried logging on with surname and D.O.B. but it just sent me back to the homepage!

Been reading the thread and all your products that you have all registered for and it all sounds great... and I want some trials!!!!

Call 0115 9594158 and they will tell you whether they have received your paperwork.

Thanks for that!

I called them (took ages to get through) and spoke to a guy who assured me that they are working really hard to get through them... couldn't tell me exactly when I should expect to receive my login details but said that they will definitely be coming through at some stage! :j

Realslimlady: I am sure I got my forms through within about 5 days of first applying but what the guy told me on the phone is probably the same for you too - and you'll get them eventually!

fingers crossed that we are at the top of their 'to do' pile!!!! :rotfl:

same here!! especially reading all the fab stuff that others seem to be registering for made me impatient and want to get involved too!!

By the looks of it you only get 1 item to trial at a time,so 1 item will be sent then once you have completed that trial you get the nxt sent i think thats how it works .

I got my log in details the following day to getting the email mentioned above.

Just looked at the 3 trials....all 3 still requested
