Sorry if this is already discussed (have only got 5 mins so can't read too far back) - am I right in thinking that if it says completed next to a trial it does not mean that you will get the product?

So, you register your interest, it then goes to completed if you are appropriate for that trial - and then they select a random number from those who are appropriate to actually send the product to.

It would be nice if it was a lot clearer re: if you were actually going to get a product or not. Does anyone know what changes they are making to the database & will the web pages be in the same format?

I got completed next to the bath foam last Thursday and received it on Friday morning..the lip butters also said completed and I have not got any of those.....

I presume "completed" means that you have qualified to do the trial but then they have to select the 'chosen 65' people to get the product to test!

I do have the cocoa butter lip balm still showing as 'in progress' but I won't hold my breath!!!

I've had completed on 4 different things for over a week now and not received them! Dont want them to think I am not testing them though.

I think you might have hit the nail on the head there as that makes quite a bit of sense. I also have 4 completed but only had the almond lip balm sent and no bathfoam or other balms. Oh well, its all a bonus if something comes is how i try and see it. Its like playing russian roulette with the post man! ..roll on for the new trials to be put up and so we go on again...saying the same again, that we have completed showing but nothing has been recieved in the post.... and so on :rotfl:

It's a bit hit and miss then. The trouble is you won't know if something is being sent out to you or not and if it gets lost in the post, then you won't realise it was coming!! I think they need to be a bit clearer, we need to know if something is on it's way to us!!!!

Yes thats a fair point. I was concerned at first when i had 1 'completed' a few weeks back but didnt get it but as soon as i saw how many people on here were saying the same i thought it must be them *boots* having gremlins their end. Lets hope they get the website running clearer/properly soon. I guess its also in their interests too as many people must be emailing them (not just from mse) and clogging their email box up asking them about where a 'completed' item is etc (not saying its wrong to email them by the way lol).:D

I received the dazzle dust yesterday. And 2 new products on now. shampoo for fine/normal hair and conditioner for fine/normal hair.

Thanks for that.... I have just registered for these.

I do wish they could delete them from your trials page once the 65 samples have been sent out....I get quite excited every time I go in thinking I've got loads coming!!! :rolleyes:

I have 8 on there now... 2 of them I have actually received (lip pencils and bath foam) but the rest that are showing as completed I am pretty sure I won't get as they all seem to have been distributed!

Maybe once they get their new database it'll all appear a lot 'tidier'!
